Description: I installed phplist over the weekend on my vps server and tried configure it the best I could but it is only sending mail to the test/admin email.

I set up all the email accounts - noreply/postmaster/abuse/mybounces etc...

I am using the list "test" for testing which only has a few emails of ours at different domains, and the only one that comes through is the admin email that gets sent whenever an email is sent to a list.
