Description: Need you to modify/add the following on http://www.akamy.biz

1. This PHPfox implementation has a custom field entitled PARENT_ID. Need to show this setting (parent id) under member ACCOUNT SETTINGS section. Show it using a text field. When updating account settings, update this field entry as well in database for the member. Also, next to the textbox in ACCOUNT SETTINGS, find user who's parent_id matches the entry and show their profile image and headline/company name under image so member can see who that parent_id relates to.

2. Under admin section, in INVITE LIST area, show if any of the emails who were invited are signed up so I can track referral counts by members of actual users who signed up. Just put a [YES] next to the right hand side of a line if that email address exists as a current member email AND the userid of that email address in the database is HIGHER than the person who signed them up (making sure that member was signed up AFTER the referring member, not before so can't cheat).
