Description

Upgraded Web Board but don't have time to get all settings and permissions optimized. After upgrade mistakenly resychonized one board and lost posts. Also guests can not see and read forum even though they have been given Read Only permissions. Just need someone to tinker with these settings in the time I don't have. Should be very little MYSQL (if any) involved.
