Description

I need an expert PHP scripter for a very simple job. I am going to create the client side of a website completly. The scripters job will be to just program the server side . The server side is quite simple too . The website will be a talent hunt website. People will be able to login after registration and upload 2 of their best music clips and bio data. The website owners will check the music clip and put a link on the home page if the music clip cuts it. Also there will be another registration process which will be for people who want to go through other people bio data that has been uploaded but these people who register can only access other people bio data or music clips but cannot upload anything of their own.

Thats it. I want it to be scripted in PHP as I myself know PHP but not at an expert level. Please quote ur price low the budget is quite low and if I like your work I am surely going to search you out for future projects.

This project will be urgent so please dont bid unless you are not seriously sure that you can program this. The database security has to be good I dont want it to be hacked by a 12 yr old script kiddy.
