Description

a PHP search page descriptions:
- search options (with some ajax for dependent dropdown lists)
- From the search options, build the sql query.
- Search result dispaly: need to have tooltip for each display record.
- when user view details of a record, show thumbnail pictures, need js to allow larger view when user click on picture. User is able to browse all pictures by next, prev on that larger view.
- user can shortlist the record, to review later.
- user can send/receive private message to/from owner of record.
- need a gmap integration (optional):

Note: web layout, database, query are ready.

Questions:
1. For gmap integration: given a city name and street name, can you find location on gmap? answer this question in your bid.
2. When user view record detail, a query is run against mysql database to get text, pictures and gmap (optional). If slowness is a concern, any idea to cache.
