Description

I have installed a php ticketing system using an opensource script -- PHPTicket (freshmeat.net/projects/phpticket/) and seem to have everything working, less one time-out issue. It is hosted through Network solutions and I worry that a load-balancer on their end is the culprit, as I don't see any issues with the script. When submitting a ticket, the user has <30seconds before the script times out thus when they submit they are forced to log back in, losing all of their input data.

I'm hoping there is a quick fix to the issue!
