Description:	Somewhat urgent want done for early next week. Site is based around Open-Realty, an open source real estate site. Real basically I want a few changes to the menu system and a template incorporated. I'll explain how it works now, and how I want it to work. Open realty allows you to add a house via a simple backend - basically a button that says "add listing" When you click on this you get to choose what type of listing it is from a selection of predefined classes (also accessible from the backend. Right now you define the menu items individually, pretty much by html in the template and they are always static on the page. So you would hard code a link to a category of items and when you click on it the items would show up on the right with the same menu on the left. What I want to happen is that the menu on the left when you are on the index page/main page is automatically generated from the predefined category list. So when you visit the main page it will display a menu on the left that contains all of the predefined classes and on the right it will display the welcome page (also editable from the backend). I already have some code that can generate menu items based on the classes - included as an attachment - it actually is meant to work with joomla/mambo and another component but you could use most of the code from it as a guide) Now when you click on any of the menu items which are the predefined classes, I want it to bring you to a page specifically for that class where the menu is now made up of the items(houses) within that are in that class. with the actual items full contents showing up on the right. I'll attach a powerpoint presentation on how my brother wants it to work. Once you understand how open-realty works this project won't be very hard, as all i'm really asking for is two new menu items and some slight visual tweaks. And on the actual listing detail page the image is on the right of the description and thumbnails on the bottom, when you click on the image i want it to just be replaced - not open up in a new window - this actually works right off the bat with open realty.
