Description:	I need 2 forms programed to do the following actions: 1) form is filled out and after the user clicks submit the form fields they entered are displayed on a confirmation page. The user needs 2 buttons one to confirm and send and the other to go back and edit the form data they entered. 2) If the user clicks confirm and send then 2 emails will get sent out. One will be a thankyou email back to the person that filled out the form. No need to have specific data in that I can edit the code once you write it. The other will be an email sent to a fake email address for now with all the form data in it. Subject can be whatever for now I can edit it later.
