Description

Dear Bidders,
I need an application called "weekly status report". The screen shots are attached which clearly gives the picture of application.
As shown in attached document, the employer will login and enter the activities on weekly basis. When manager logs in, he can see all employers report and also can make his own.
Deliverables will include an application with:
1- Login Module
2- Administration Module which will define the manager, dept, their email address and then assign employees (name, email address, dept)
3- Weekly Activities entry/view form on the basis of rights (different for employer and manager)
