Description

I have a PHP Front end connecting to a FileMaker Server 9 back end. I Currently have a php script that allows users to fill out a form (an application) and submit it which creates a record in the database. I have another script that allows users to upload a photo to their existing account in the database.

My goal is to combine the two. I would like for users to be able to submit their application and photos with a single action.

Attached is a generic application file and the file that "posts" the application. Also attached is the upload module. This set of files is what currently handles the image uploads to existing accounts.

The upload_photo.php file is what user's navigate to select an image to upload. The files inside the Upload_Module folder are called by the upload_photo.php.
