Description

Need someone with experience using ioncube. Purchased software from a third party vendor.

I need various changes that the third party vendor has been unable to do:

First, the software has two separate accounts, but in one, I want the person to post a project and then pay $5.00 aftwards.

Next, I want the person who's going to bid on the project to pay a $10.00 monthly fee.
