Description

I have a website up now at http://www.surgicaldevicesnsm.com/test_server/intro.htm. When the end-user goes to the website, they should have a login page. This site should not be public. To look at the site now I have a temporary user/pass on the test_server folder.(username is "covidien" and password is "cnsm2007" ) - The login page you will build will have username as their email address and the password will be "cnsm07". Once they login I need it to go to intro.php. There will be a skip intro button or the intro will play then load welcome.php. Now that the site is loaded they can navigate where they choose. If they land on the registration page, it will echo all the information from the database onto the page. I've attached the spreadsheet and the example page of how the registration should look. Inside the spread sheet there will be a field named "room", if that fields value is "single" they won't select a roommate. If it's value is "double" they will have to select a roommate from a drop down list and 2 alternate choices. Everyone will also have to fill out as few other fields below. The graphic i made makes this more clear) Once they click register it will say "Thank you for registering" and echo all their info again including what they just entered. If they ever log in again and go to the registration page, they will see same echoed information. ("Thank you for Registering") - No need for them to ever log in again.

When they hit register a script should run that looks at their 1,2, and 3rd choice. If one of their 1,2, or 3rd choices also chose them, it should auto select them as roommates. If no matches don't do anything.

Admin Side:
The admin can log in and see a list of all the people in the database listed by last name. When they click on a name it will go to new page and echo all the info. (should look similar to the reg pic I've uploaded) They can see what each person entered on the registration page and if they were matched with anyone.

For the roommate part they would see a field that had their selected 1st Choice, 2nd Choice, 3rd Choice, and Selected Roommate. The selected roommate field should have an edit button next to it so the admin can change it if needed.

I need this done right away. I had someone working on it and they had know clue as to what they were doing so I fired them. Please don't bid on this if you have not done something similar. I have no more time to waist!!!! I need this done in 3 days max!!! This includes testing!!!

I've already lost money on this project and don't want to pay anymore until it is done. I'll pay via PayPal once completed. Please check my feedback. I always pay immediately.
