Description

Ron, please read the attached document. It is the specs for a custom CMS that it has to be implemented in CakePHP 1.2Beta.

I will like to use a nice web 2.0 template. If you already have one (opensource?) that I could use please let me now. Otherwise, please use this one: http://www.free-css.com/assets/files/free-templates/preview/page7/citrus-island1-1/

I am also attaching the database as we agreed.

In addition, I would like to have validations for each form. This is something that I didn't mentioned in our discussions. Please adjust your bid accordingly. Most of the validations (client and server side) will be for required fields and some of them for a unique username, valid email, valid dates etc. I believe validations is something that you will handle pretty easy.

I would like clean and well document code. If you use a 3rd party component or a component that you wrote, I will need you to clearly specify this and to give me all the necessary information in order to install it in a new - fresh cake php installation.

I could give you my server details to work there or you could work in your server but I will need access to inspect the code during the process. Please let me know how you want to handle this.
