Description

Please note we only make payment once the script are completed and tested in our own server

Step 1:
· After Click on Book Now in http://www.cityelimos.com.au/disindex.php, we will have a new page called stepbook.php, the format of this should be as (http://www.cityelimos.com.au/stepbook.htm)
· All the field in the Dark Red colour need to be validated and required information in them.
· Once customer click on the submit booking the data need to be stored in the same record of the quotation number in the “book database table”.

Step 2
· Once the information completed and store we will be moving to a new page called stepend.php (which is page does not exist at this stage).
· And Email with the attached template in http://www.cityelimos.com.au/booking-voucher.htm, will be send to our email address (you need to set this in config.php file as this can be change in future) with all data in each filed in the template.

Step 3:
We need in config.php to have a line which name as “advance_time” what this filed does it will take booking after the value of this filed
For Example if advance_time= 12 hours, then customer can booking 12 hours from time now which this time should come from the server not workstation of the passenger and this need to be set on the calendar at same time.

Example1: If the server time now is 10:00 am and advance_time has been set to 12 hours then the system will only accept booking after 22:00 pm.

Example2: If the server time now is 10:00 am and advance_time has been set to 24 hours then the system will only accept booking after 24 hours, which is next day after 10:00 am.
