Description: We looking PHP Programmer who can make website for Review Site System (like Blogsvertise.com). I want the website powered by PHP and MySQL. We just need the PHP Code. You just design as you can do, my designer team will do the rest.

We want the website looks like blogsvertise.com. So, the blogger who sign up to us will get the review job by our invitation.

And we want to know if you can make system like this :

Add/Edit/Delete Bloggers/Blogs
Add/Edit/Delete Advertisers
Allow bloggers to sign up
Allow advertisers to sign up
Bloggers can set a price per review and admin can set the maximum price per review for each bloggers
Advertisers can search bloggers, and pick one to do a review of their site/product/service
Advertisers pay the price set and I can confirmed it
Bloggers write a review
Bloggers get paid.
Advertisers can post an opportunity to bloggers can find them.
