Description
A startup realty company (total of 7 employees) needs an intranet to help salesman/agents track sales leads. The static version of this intranet is already done in html/css.Here are the particulars:
The site will be a smaller version of this site: http://www.advplusleadpipeline.com - I will provide the programmer with username&password to this if needed. But also including screenshots here.
There will be two levels of access/permission. Agent and Super Admin.
Agent
Agent can edit/update their assigned leads status. Ability to add next contact date. They recieve an email reminder on that contact date (example of what agent would see - view screenshot1x.jpg)

When Agent logs-in to the intranet they view their assigned leads first. screenshot1.jpg
Super Admin
Will have all of the above plus they can view status of all leads and get notified when leads are picked up and view what the status is of each lead (Non-Active, Active, Pending, Closed).
Example. Admin assigns leads to each agent. When new lead is assigned an email is sent to the agent telling them that a they have a new lead and must login to this intranet. Once the agent logs-in they can either accept or decline the lead. If declined, an email is sent to the Super Admin that it was declined...
Other notes.
When Agent closes lead. A required text area will have to be filled explaining the closing.
Last screenshot shows the new layout of the already built intranet.

When the email is sent to the agent with a message that a new lead has been posted it should also contain the actual lead info as well...
