Description

Need someone to get an existing for script working for me

Have it running on another site perfectly but need it to run the same way on this new site

Have the form setup on www.snowlife.com.au, want the form to email me with the results including attachments in readable format
Also need to store info of submitted forms online which is viewable through www.snowlife.com.au/admin.php

Basically you are not creating new code, just fixing up what is already made.

Small job, not worth $30 so I will pay up $30 to winning bidder but will expect another small piece of work later to make up for the overpayment

Need this done ASAP-no time wasters, This MUST be completed within 12 hours of accepting project, no exceptions
