Description

Background:
I have a group of text files, for example... File_0, File _1, File_2, File_3, ... File_N
The last line of the parent file "File_0" tells how many children files (File_1....File_N) are associated

What I Need:
1. PHP files outputting to a variable ie.. $bodycontent
2. Read the parent file and figure out the number of children files associated
3. Generate sub-forms containing 3 fields each for the number of children files
4. Single submit button for the page
5. When submitted, data from sub-forms are appended to corresponding children file and calls a command ($command)
6. Waits for an output file to be generated by $command with a waiting message
7. Once a output file is created by the $command, the output file is displayed as $bodycontent variable.
