Description
I need to have an area on my client's website that allows the download of certain files in specific folders. The first step of this project, there would be a user login page. Once they are allowed in, they would be able to see the list of files (PDFs) to download.The second step of this project would be an admin area that would allow the admin to create users and passwords, it would allow the creation of a folder on the server and also the possibility of uploading the respective PDF files onto that folder. This action creates the page for the users to download their files.
Please include the total cost to develop this. I will need this created in PHP.
Also, PLEASE be mindful that the client will need this completed within 5 days.

User Login (With validation of course)
Download pdf files page (PDF files should have a small PDF icon next time file name)
