Looking for 3 experienced php coders for ongoing work.

Skills:
* must have strong knowledge of php
* good skill using Ajax
* ability to tweak/otimize queries in mysql for optimal performance
* must also have good knowledge of using regular expressions and using mod_rewrite and .htaccess for url rewriting
* Must be available via skype, or gchat
* Knowledge of css and your code must validate
* Must provide good documentation of your code
* Must be reliable

Note: If you're looking for a one time project or one that pays the highest rate this is not the project for you. However, if you are reliable, experienced, and have good skills and you wish to supplement your income with regular work, then we'd like to hear from you. If you're tired of bidding on multiple projects and would rather work consistently, then lets talk further. We are looking for high quality programming at reasonable rates. Please bid competitively as the volume of our work requires that we find affordable coders to work with and we have incentives that are offered for coders that do good work for us.

Payment after project is completed.

In your bid, you must provide samples of work you have done and explain your contribution to the projects you are using as examples. Please also let me know how quickly you can start and how many hours per week you are available. You must also let me know the time zone you are available per day and the hours per day you can work. Only bid if you are ready to begin to work and can turn around projects quickly.

Bid for 20 hours of work per week please in this project. If you are only available for a shorter # of hours, please mention that and we could adjust as necessary depending upon the number of folks chosen, but for bid purposes, please base your bid on 20 hours of work per week.
