I need someone to code the following for me:

I need efficent php code to do the following:

1. I have a url in the following format:
httpwebsitedotcom/category/15/Automobiles.html

the webitedotcom portion and "category" are constants. The integer is between two and three decimal places long, and the remaining string is variable. Additionally, http :, and forward slashes must be account accounted for.

I need php code which will obtain the integer value from a URL in a web browser and assign it to a $variable.

The code cannot be very long, thus it must be efficient.

Payment will be processed once the code has been verified that it works.
