Description:	Hey, I have a PHP website and need a new feature adding to it. You can see the website at www.p%ink%cash%back.co.uk (remove percentages) and a user can request withdrawal when they want to be paid there money. However all it has is a ox for them to type there PayPal email in. However we no longer work with paypal so we want a box adding that is 'Payment Method' and they can select what method they want to be paid by. And we should be able to add/remove methods in the admin panel. The method they have selected also wants to show up in there payment request in the admin (payment request file: admin/paypal_requests.php) also when adding a method in the admin it wants a box which u can tick saying show address with request or show email. so then it shows there account email or address with the pending request.
