Description

I have an "Auto Website" with the backend database through PHP and MYSQL. The job is to correct the following problem:-
I upload my pictures through the admin section then this is shown on the main site. I have one large picture with small thumbnails below.
The problem is that the images always look blurred.

I need someone to tell me what the problem is then fix it.
