Oscommerce version: 2.2
Scope:To modify our existing postcode base (tnt) shipping module with these additional function with setting free shipping or flat fee with these criterias setting from admin:
a. set minimum order cost
b. set maximum shipping weight
c. set shipping zones (with tick box on all shipping zones available in shipping table, we can choose the zones by ticking the boxes)
c. set the starting time and ending time for free shiping/flat fee.

A message to display when customer purchase during promotional period: "Congratulations! This is our free shipping hour".

Our existing shipping module is similar to this one: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/2266

We will forward our existing shipping module to the winning bidders.
