this is my specs
good clean design using nice shading light colors ( white , grey and gold )
online shop for records and mp3 downloads with different multi categories for both products
CSS System for all pages non item related i.e. (about us/faq/contact etc)
custom mp3 clip player to preview songs with voiceover for copywrite protection
recently viewed items section
bestsellers , specials
top veiwed and top selling items for each catergory
euro . us dollar , uk pound currency
english , french , spanish , italian , german , Portuguese language
payments methods paypal / credit cards / money order / cheque / gift vouchers
shopping cart to have edit orders and voucher codes extras to oscommerce a bit like zen cart has
customer support ticket system
blog page
gift voucher page
html newsletter with last 32 products listed on the fly or choose by item number
request a item return or tracking number link in customer order history page
custom invoice sent to customers when they make orders
banner space to sell in shop
full postage system listing 4 different services around the world
shop database export system with custom options to export anyway i like for bulk uploading stock to other sites in there specified format
you will need skills with java script , ajax , oscommerce , php , linux and apache etc will be necessary
i also want the site to be built in a way that will be best for seo thinking ahead
adding things like site map , popular search terms , index all pages and making sure each item is also indexed as i have 5000 items in my shop live already
also general seo and link building will be nesssasery
multi item views modes with a choice of (fast view and gallery)
let customer review the item they purchased
this all needs to work for mac os x safari / firefox and leading pc browsers
oh and before i forget very very tight security all round
