Description: I have a fresh install of CREloaded 6.15 with a custom template and Ultimate SEO URLS installed.
I am looking for a Oscommerce/Creloaded Expert. To do the follow modifications and contribution installs. In addition I would like this person to take a look at the general set up of the cart to make sure I have not missed anything. I would like this person to make suggestions not just do as I ask because hopefully the know more about the system then I do ©.

If this works out for me I plan to use this person in the future for other needs and emergencies.

Modifications:
1. Shipping – flat rate shipping for the continental United States (minus Hawaii and Alaska). USPS real time for everyone else. Also certain Items will need a freight charge and displayed if there is on the product page. Also it must be compatible with easy populate.

Setups:
Linkpoint Gateway ( must work )
Make sure paypal IPN is working
