Description

I am looking for help with developing a solution using OsCommerce to restrict shipping alcoholic items to certain states. These items will be flagged in the database as alcoholic or non-alcoholic. The cart needs to show an error if a shipping state is selected that we aren't allowed to ship to. This needs to be completed in the next week.
