Description: Goal:

Online Form to populate a government Tax Form pdf.

The user fills a form and clicks submit, dynamically it populates the different sections of the Government Tax Form.

The user can then click on the link, to download the pdf.

Someone who knows fpdf, who can work on the form / alignment is needed.

Potential for a lot of follow up work.

Looking for a strong php/mysql coder.
