Description: I am looking for someone to create an online testing script that will allow users to answer a series of multiple choice/short answer questions and then grade them on the number of correct answers. This script needs to have the following:

- written in php
- storing everything to a MySQL database
- able to have several different test pages
- easy to edit questions and answers for each page
- show the number of correct and incorrect answers with a percentage at the bottom of the page
- show correct answers next to each question after submission
- email results to multiple addresses and allow these to change
- login page that stores specific data for each test (all fields required)
- allow for a time limit for tests (not always required)
- allow the user to resume the test if power outage, emergency, etc (either by cookie or a code they can enter)
