Description

We need to be able to extract information from the Canadian Trademarks database located at the following address and make it available on a web site.

We would be like to be able to extract and download the information to a web site database and enable users to browse and query the information on the site.

This will start as a small project but could evolve into a much bigger project.

Need someone with a proven track record and availability for future projects.

We need to download all listed data associated with a trademark application by requesting a range of application numbers:

REPRESENTATIVE FOR SERVICE
TRADE-MARK
INDEX HEADINGS
WARES
SERVICES
CLAIMS
ASSOCIATED MARKS
ACTION

Would require a script that would add new applications to the database on a daily basis.

Require the ability to:
- query each of the above fields.
- see data in list form and to browse individual applications.
- to enter trademarks into a watchlist and to have a script that would search new applications that would have similar words in the watchlist.
- print reports with various layouts.
