Description: I have an oscoommerce shopping cart that does not quite function correctly

I have a problem with the orders, i can not view the orders using the button in the customer menu, it just says there is 0 orders for all of my customers, although I can see orders in the products purchased and products viewed reports.

Secondly I added a bank deposit payment module but want to limit it to domestic customers only.

Can I get this done for $30 please
