What we need is that upon checkout a customized shipping costs are calculated in this manner:

go through the cart and for each products_id apply a variable cost.
for example:

SEE THE 'piece_of_code.php' ATTACHED

notice: when you register there is not a country combobox at the moment because we removed it but we are going to add it asap.

Our budget is $30-$50.
