and create an account, click on "continue", then back at the top, click on "my account", then "View or change entries in my address book" you will notice that the primary address displayed looks similar to this...

when it should appear like this....

NOTE: the country is missing, plus the comma after MN does not appear correct.

Also, you will see in the admin section of my OSCommerce web site, under Customers the country shows as Afghanistan, when the drop down menu had United States set as the default.

Finally, it appears that my state sales tax is not getting added, or even appearing at checkout. It should look like this...

Sub-Total: $19.99
Flat Rate (Best Way): $3.95
MN TAX 6.5%: $1.56
Total: $25.50

.. however, the way it is set up now, I missing the MN TAX info all together. Feel free to contact me for access to files or any other additional info.
