OSCMax Mod for Jigsaw Puzzle Site

We need to be able to add the following fields and processes to the Jigsaw puzzle OSCMax site. The intention is to make sure we have a more granular understanding of our product costs.

Requirements:
A mod that allows us to track the granularity of our product costs. We are in the business of selling traditional jigsaw puzzles to customers around the world. We have close to 500 products (and growing) that we source from more than 12 manufacturers in the US, Canada and abroad.

We are in the process of creating new web sites to increase our market share, however we would like to be able to populate those new sites from a single central source of data, which is currently planned to be our OSCMax site. The next site which is currently under construction is a Yahoo store hosted with Yahoo.

The key issue we have here is that our OSCMax site has all of its pricing set up to include shipping whereas our Yahoo site will give the users shipping options. This is done on purpose as we want channels offering both methods, ie price includes shipping and one without shipping.

We would like to have the current product form modified to include a number of extra fields. Please note that there has already been some mods made to this form so it will be necessary to understand thoses mods first.

The intent once we have these fields is to be able to export them to our other sites at Yahoo.com and Amazon.com.
