Description

I need to develop av newsletter function that sends out newsletters once or twice a week (or on special occations). This has to include all new postings on the site (news, reviews, etc) since the last newsletter was sent. Text only, with possibility to add HTML newsletter at a later stage.

Also need function to subscribe and unsubscribe to newsletter.
We have a database with a lot of e-mail adresses that need to be "washed" to prevent duplicates, and then put into newsletter database.

Budget is about $50-$75
