Description:	The aim of this project is to create an online-newsletter tool for the existing website www.piqs.de. piqs.de is the first german image-database with all images licensed under the Creative Commons license. At the moment the community has thousands of registered users, which should receive a newsletter regulary. The complete Newsletter should be administrated via a web-interface. The content of the newsletter is automatically generated by using the content available at piqs.de, but administrators should have the possibility to change and add different items. In general the complete newsletter should work without someones help. But we need the possibility to change everything if we want. We also need the possibility to send the newsletter manually to a special user group, for example: send a newsletter to every user, who has a canon camera. The possibility to subscribe and unsubscribe the newsletter is already implemented in our frontend. You should develop this software in PHP and we will include it to our project. Make sure that no errors will occur when the software is sending thousands of e-mails. More details could be find in the attachment.
