Description

Need a news system developed in this way:

- Admin can publish, edit, delete all news
- Admin write news, make it online and then send a mail to all members to permit them to read

news
- Admin can later delete the news
- Members can read news only if admin make them readable
- Members need to have each separate username and password (Admin give them username and

password)
- News must have Title, Text of news, Date

all must be work with php and mysql

We do not need graphic but it MUST be easy to integrate in webpages

Please avoid to bid people who don't know what they're doing
