Description

Had an existing CMS. Need someone who can configure the existing site with a New Function.

There are 2 Login Access for the CMS:
(1) Admin Access
(2) Staff Acess

Function Requirements:
This function servers an internal communication for the Administrator and the Staffs.

In the Admin Panel:
- admin is able to update information for their staff
- it must be a WYSIWYG HTML Editor
- after any entry, it will be shown in this new section for the admin to keep track of what he/she had sent to the staffs
- admin must be able to choose which staff he/she wants to send the information to
- admin must be able to generate the reports in this particular function accordingly to the dates

In the Staff Panel:
- Staff will receive a pop up alert whenever they log in if there's any new updates created by the admin
- Staff is only allowed to read only
- All news sent by the admin must be retained in the Staff's Panel for at least 1 month
- If staff ever needs to retrieve it after 1 month, they are able to do so by generating it in their own respective panel

Time frame to complete this function is 3 days.
