Description: Hi,
Im in need of a system that will prevent banned websites to sign up again even if they change url etc,
This is how its gonna work.

I have a database with banned "strings" like a adsense code 89923749723409 something like that, on sign up it should crawl the website to look for something that fits that banned code.
If it finds something it should ban the website from the toplist.
It needs to be able to go through current database aswell around 12 000 urls using timeout check and only go through one website at time if succeed start on next website.
There needs to be a admin system for us to add new banned "strings"
And be able to go through all the websites again.

Work needs to be done on your own computer or webhost
