Description

Looking for someone who is good with Wordpress, I need a program that can do all these things:

Go to a list of links and go through the links, it will look for movie files and convert them into FLV files, then create a page where the link is displayed alongside a place to write something. Once someone writes something here and hits display it should create a post in a Wordpress theme (I will provide the theme) that will put the text into a post and add custom fields for the video.
