Description

If you have not worked on MyDMS before this project is probably not for you since we need this done FAST. But if you think you can do it quickly, by all means bid.

The basic MyDMS install is complete.

This little project has 3 parts:

1. Customize the header/footer and CSS of the MyDMS system to match the client's site (very simple layout).

2. Connect a custom login form to the MyDMS system.

3. A pre-existing sign-up form must send an email requesting an admin add the user to the MyDMS system.

I will complete the project for you by doing the following steps: 1.Build a new theme to match the cilent's site 2.Replace the login form html with your design 3.Add a independent signup form and mail the infomation to admin's mail box.
