Description: I have a simple php website that is finished, but I would like some assistance setting it up to run multi-sites of the same database. There are only 3 things that will differ from site to site.

1. Headers
2. Footers
3. The query for search results will change from a select * to a select * where stateid= (a particular state)

There are only 5 multi-sites that I would like to setup, so this should not be a difficult project. When bidding please provide details about other multi-site projects you have worked on and how you would approach this work.

I will provide the different content for the headers and footers, so basically your job is just to figure out how to display the appropriate headers/footers for each of the 5 sites and to have the query change to display a particular state's results instead of the results from the entire database.
