Description: A community running on wowbb forum software (php/mysql) needs to be modified so that supermoderators and moderators be unable to view IP addresses of posters. Only administrators must be able to do so.

+ every forum page (topic, homepage everything) must have a link to automatically reload the page in ssl, that is with an https prefix
