Description

We require a coder that has prior experience with ModernBill customization.

we need customization of the way that ModernBill handles approved and declined credit cards.

When a credit card is declined we need ModernBill to retry the credit card every day for 45 days or until the card is approved. We ONLY want an email sent out regarding the bad credit card on the 14th, 28th and 40th day.

If the credit card approves, we DO NOT want any notification sent out to the customer.

The coder we choose will have proven experience with ModernBill.
