Description

I need a wiki help desk moved from one web server to another and activated. No content will change or be added, just moved and the wiki application installed on the new server.

I also need a simple support ticket form & script that will accept contact information (name, company name, email address, and phone number) and a problem description and email that information to a specified email address or list of email addresses.
