We need a web site for a client that will be built and maintained using wordpress cms.

The site is to be a simple site with blog. CForm for people to communicate with the web site owner.

We have no template preference but will expect the winning provider to suggest a selection of professional looking templates. The client's background is as an accountant, although the site will be used to deal with other issues like politics, finance, etc.
