Description:	We have website design done. What we are looking for is the following. We want to automate the designs that we have done and create a php / mysql driven website for our Escorts Website with an administration backend that allows the website owner to fully control all of the content on the website from page content, images, meta tags, and approval, editing, and deletion of profiles as well as manual creation of profiles. The Escorts will be able to fill out an online form that will submit their "profile" which equates into a full webpage. All submissions will be approved by the site owner / admin before appearing on the site. All submissions will log users IP / DATE / TIME / COMPUTER INFORMATION. In the form that the client will fill out there will be payment options based on country. Clients in Mexico will have the option of Credit Card (pay pal) or Bank Deposit / Transfer and Escorts in other countries will have the option only to pay by credit card (pay pal). So those who select on the form to pay by credit card will be redirected to paypal and then when payment is complete to the payment received page with the details of their submission. The form will have a box for PROMOTION CODE in case the admin wants to run promotions like "Free Month" or Discounts and there should be a referred by. The system in the case of credit card payments will automatically bill the paypal account each month on the anniversary date of the "ACTIVATION" of the account. The system will send an email to all profiles 10 days prior and then again 5 days prior and then 24 hours prior to the date of payment as reminders if they haven't paid. The system will have the option to Manually suspend Profiles or Automatically Suspend for non-payment. Upon Submission an email is sent to the admin telling them that there is a new escort awaiting approval and the escort will get an email confirming that the submission was successful and details on their ad being reviewed. Once the admin reviews the ad and approves it to appear on the website the system will send an email to the client advising that the profile is published with a link to their profile. Each person who has an ad will have access to their profile by an control panel which on the form they will select the username and password. Logging in will give them access to change data like phone number, prices of services, areas of services, city, state, country, password, etc. They cannot change their "ID" which the system will generate consecutivly. All changes to an AD or Profile will cause the system to send the ADMIN an email advising of a change for approval. The changes wont appear until the admin reviews and approves the changes. All ADs or Profiles will be permited to have 12 photos, The profile will be similar to http://www.masajesejecutivos.com/df/kenyhot4u.php and if you see the site http://www.masajesejecutivos.com you can get an idea of the flow of the site. There might be a slight difference on the number of large images on the profile page, we are working out between 2 or 3. The images will have a maximum width of 400 pixeles and although the user can submit photos larger (we want GD to handle image resizing to 400 pixeles X constrained proportions for the large images and 100 pixels wide X constrained proportions for thumbs.) We are also going to offer the option to put a video in their profile. This is the only design page that we are still working on the other pages are ready. There are a total of 4 templates. Home, City, Most Popular / new girls and Profile. Geographics: Country State City The site is market specific unlike the masajes ejecutivos it will be just female escorts. If you see the front page of the example site you see that there is images that represent "New Girls" "most popular girls" and there is a 3rd row of Trannys. The row of tranys are not needed but we want to put "PROMOTIONS, there will be facilities to put 3 images of new girls or most popular and an image to click to see the "NEW GIRLS" page or "MOST POPULAR" New Profiles added will be added to the NEW GIRLS page and stay for a period of 15 days. The Most Popular would be 10 most popular girls based on accumulated page visits and would update automatically. The PROMOTIONS will be randomly displayed girls with promotions from the PROMOTIONS PAGE. There will be Left Menu on every page as well as a Country, State, City table in the home page. Above the NEW GIRLS images on the home page, http://www.masajesejecutivos.com/ we want to have pay per click banner advertising but our own. Clients can sign up and submit a banner ad for pay per click and we set the price per click. They get an user sign in like the profiles and pay in advance for the number of clicks in their budget and then get. Not keyword driven, just a rotation of ads which run til there clicks run out and if no paid ads are in the system the admin can place up to 5 banners to run. We will define the size but we are thinking 600 X 160 for the middle and 120 X 600 for the left or right columns. Advertiser wll select the location of the ad. Lastly we want to include a directory, listing directoy that will be for hotels, travel agencies, bars, restaurants etc. to sign up and have their ads shown. This will require a different form to fill out and will be also paid ads but will need to have the promo code option for free or reduced rate promotions. All pages will have a "search" option for searching for something within the site. Mod Rewrite for Search Engine Indexing is important, if you can't do it don't bid please. We want the links to look like www.mywebsite.com/escorts/Mexico/Cancun/carol.php We have a small initial budget but we are looking at rolling out 20 websites between July 1 and September 1 and there is no design work involved at all.
