Description:	We need someone who is an expert with the php createimage function to create a form that will generate an image based on the input. We need to be able to put any values in the text boxes, press the Make Image button, and have the image be generated automatically. You can find three examples of what we require in the post - form1 makes table1, form2 makes table2, and form3 makes table3. Please use the images attached to follow along with these instructions: - Circle 1 is always the circle closest to 12:00 position, in image1, circle 1 is C - The box Hero Circle# needs to display Hero next to the circle that is designated. - The Blinds line in the center of the image is controlled by the Blind1 and Blind2 line, example Blind1=100, Blind2=200 would show Blinds: $100/$200 - The Antes line is controlled by the Antes box. If the Antes box is blank, then the Antes line should be left out of the image - The Pot line is the sum of the blinds and antes. Example, Blind1=100, Blind2=200, Antes=175, it should say Pot: $475 - Numbers with 4+ digits must be formatted with a comma, example 4500 becomes 4,500 - Numbers with decimals must show 2 decimal places, example 4.5 becomes 4.50 - Output images need to be 600 pixels wide The script should be packaged to a function or class so that it will be easy to re-use. Here is how we will re-use it: include('the_script_you_make.php'); $v1 = $_POST['xxxx']; $v2 = $_POST['xxxx']; . . . . showimage($v1, $v2, ..........................); This code needs to be simple because we will re-use it for similar images. It should be done without any extra libraries and without the need to change our Apache setup.
