Description

OK, this project is quite simple, what is not is the time frame to output the project.

WILL CLOSE PROJECT AT 20:00h (Pacific Eastern Time -5 hours)

MAGENTO LEFT MENU FILE IN THEME FOLDER.

I presently have a magento V1.1.6 running and i need someone to build me a file to output a left menu. I already have a left menu in place, but the layout does not fit my needs.

If you decide to take this task, i require the file in the next 12 hrs. I know it is fast, but most menu in magento consist of a file and the insertion of one or two lines in some other files... So this is a quick money grab since this menu type already exist everywhere.

This project is quite simple, but yet again time restrictive… Delivery is expected within 12 hours after the project allotment.

Name: Magento vertical menu showing all levels and products.

Aim :

1-Allowing/Showing all categories/Subcategories and products to be shown on a left or right menu in Magento (Product expandable and Cat/SubCat expanded all the time. Except if the user decides to collapse the cat/sub-cat

2- Allowing/Showing a drop down of manufacturers at the end of the menu.

3- Allowing/Showing text link (One to start as example, These links can be hard coded in the menu file, as long as I know where to add them. I will use those links to specific pages of Magento or on the web.

Requirements:

- Must be multilingual, the site is in French/English.
- Must open fully expanded on Categories and subcategories on al pages, products expandable but wrapped under categories and subcategories.
- Must respect css styles, added to menu.css or a new file.
- Must be Multi-site compatible. (Staying in the theme folder would make that happen)
- Must use names from Magento category structure.
- The layout and code must flow with Magento structure, code and template system. (CSS for bg etc..)
- The choice of background color for cat, subcat, shall be independent and in CSS file
- The files inserted must be in the theme structure file, no mods of the core files.
- Quick Instruction of how and where to apply the vertical menu should be provided.
- Must have the ability to turn OFF and ON the category/subcategory products wrapped und these ones.(In the vertical menu file is OK, preferably be a the top)
- Must be coded to prevent problems in future version of Magento. PREVENT is used at large, mostly to emphasis on no core files touched.
