Description:	looking for website programmer (PHP and my sql) - site to show and sell photos (shopping cart should be there, but no internet payment is required) - site should be viewable on all browsers and screen sizes - site in english and german (same comtent, only language is different, all text will be provided by myself - no need to translate anything into german) - design is already done (drafts to show the programmer how the site should look like and the functionality should be) - site is mostly in black and white, some elements should change into colour when "touched" with the mouse - data base for photos is needed (4 categories of 50 elements of 30 photos each should be possible, even i wont put so many) - photos will be provided therefore in thumbnail b/w, thumbnail coloured and viewing size (if needed in other format too i will provide this too) - system should be able to "understand" if the big photo (viewing size) is horizontal or vertical, means i.e. 15x10 or 10x15 - managing tool (admin panel)is needed - data base for customer contact data is needed as customer should register first time only and after (from second time onwards) the system has to check if the email already exists (registration only with email account and name to be able to send newsletter) - site/ database should be extendable - for updating purposes there are 3 text boxes included which i want to update by admin panel (a simple cms) - some different simple contact forms are needed - to provide you with (photo) datas, content ... i need clear information about what is needed (i.e. background pic needs to have a size of 1024x800 pixel...) - the programmer should be able to issue a bill - in case i forgot anything please feel free to ask whatever you want to know. thanks
